- Consultant Profile Data: Unstructured CV files, competency metrics, availability metadata, and certifications uploaded by approved operators.
- Platform Interactions: Search terms, match scoring evaluations, and communication metrics.
2. Data Ownership & Governance
Staffing agencies and consulting partners maintain complete, absolute ownership over their workforce portfolios. Under no circumstances does BenMyl sell, lease, or distribute private consultant records to third-party brokers, competing organizations, or public networks without explicit consent and technical configuration.
3. Data Encryption & Storage
All files and database contents are encrypted both at rest (AES-256 standards) and in transit (SSL/TLS protocols). Access keys, database records, and CV extraction pipelines operate inside sandboxed, ISO 27001-compliant server environments.
