BenMyl provides a workforce intelligence workspace designed to index unassigned capabilities and facilitate rapid contract opportunities. Users agree to access and utilize the service solely for professional matching and organizational logistics operations. Any unauthorized scraping, bulk account harvesting, or attempts to disrupt service stability are strictly prohibited.
2. Accuracy of Talent Records
Agencies are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and consent frameworks governing any consultant records, CV profiles, and certified competencies uploaded to their secure tenancies. BenMyl acts as a platform processor and does not independently audit or verify credentials unless customized audit layers are activated.
3. Service Limitations & Modifications
We continuously iterate the platform to provide optimal algorithms and match speeds. We reserve the right to deploy updates, adjust functional modules, or adjust service features periodically. In the event of pricing revisions, we will communicate terms 30 days prior to active subscription billing periods.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with standard trade regulations and applicable laws. Disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled exclusively in courts holding competent local jurisdiction.
